Migration.
The taxpayers should provide the following documents with regards to migration:

- Taxpayer’s income and tax registration form
- Copy of the citizen identity card /two sides/
- Written migration request
- Evidence to changes of the taxpayer’s status /such relevant documents as copy of migration acceptancy form, identification by administrative subdivision governor, etc/
