Global Forum and ADB experts visited General Department of Taxation, Mongolia.

The mission consisting of Lloyd Garrochinho, expert of Global Forum of OECD, Christine Fox, information security advisor at ADB, and Michael Speldewinde, cyber security expert at OECD, was intended for review of previous requirements and assist Mongolian Tax Administration before it has been assessed for the Exchange of Information. After passing the assessment, Mongolian Tax Administration would be allowed to join this global information exchanging framework.

Global Forum is joined by 158 members as of today, and conducts confidentiality and information security assessments for Automatic Exchange of Information and to provide assistance in tackling any discrepancies and weaknesses in implementing the international standards.
